BasharTV Update


 We are upgrading our system!

Hello Bashar Fans!

We are moving the BasharTV site to a new system to provide you with a better viewing experience and allow us to offer you completely in-house customer support. While we are transitioning to the new system, there's some things you need to know:

1) If you have any purchased videos on the old BasharTV system, you will continue to access those on the old system. You may log in here to view your current video library. We are preparing to transfer your purchases to the new system. We will be doing this transfer in batches. We appreciate your patience while we work to transition your orders to the new system.

2) All new video purchases will be made on our new system and your will receive an email with instructions to access your video. Please review our BasharTV FAQ's prior to contacting us for support, as many questions may be answered there.

UPDATE October 23rd: We sent out an email to all customers with purchases on the old system. It is important that you reply to our email if you have any Audio-Only purchases. Please check your Spam folder, if you do not see it in your Inbox. The sooner your reply to that email, the sooner we will be able to transfer your orders to the new system. If you did not receive it, please email us at for more information.


UPDATE January 16th: We have transitioned our first batch of customers to the new system. If you were included in this batch, we have sent you an email to the address we have on file from the old system. If your purchases have been transferred, you will not see them in the "My Library" area of the new system. We are working to prepare Invoices which you will find under "Purchase History". Once you view the Invoice, you will then be able to visit "My Library" and all of your videos will be listed there. We will email you once your videos and Invoice are ready for viewing.


Once we have completed each batch of transitions, those customers may begin watching all of their videos on the new system. At that time, access to the old system will be discontinued. If you need any help getting into your newly transitioned account, please contact us.
